Regional Manager Independent Contractor
Regional Manager Independent Contractor (RMIC) oversees a specialty area of commercial real estate in their local metropolitan area. The RMIC is responsible for recruiting and developing high-quality professionals for that specialty with the assistance of the company. In addition to income generated through their direct sales activities, the RMIC will receive a production override on the net sales commissions generated by the Sales Associate Independent Contractors that they recruit for their specialty. The company will assist the RMIC in developing a strategic plan for their specialty to ensure effective market coverage and expanding market share. RMIC’s should possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, a thorough knowledge of the specialty, additional certifications, superior analytical and problem solving skills, at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team framework. RMIC’s should have at least 5 years of commercial brokerage sales and/or management experience.
Sales Associate Independent Contractor
Sales Associate Independent Contractor (SAIC) will specialize in an area of commercial real estate in their local metropolitan area but, not be limited to only working on transactions in that area of specialty. The SAIC may represent Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, Landlords and Investors. In addition to income generated through their direct sales activities, the SAIC will receive a production override on the net sales commissions generated by the associate independent contractors that they recruit for any area of the company. The company will assist the SAIC in developing a strategic business plan in order for them to become a market expert. SAIC’s should possess excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of their specialty, additional certifications, superior analytical and problem solving skills, at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team framework. SAIC’s should have at least 2 years of commercial brokerage sales experience.

Property Management Director
The Director will be responsible for property management services as well as recruiting future associates for his/her area of concentration. The Director will be a Property Manager with years of property management experience in addition to industry certifications. Affiliations with BOMA and other national organizations will be required. Under the Director, property management will be divided between single property management and Portfolio Management. A national network will be essential in building this concentration especially on the Portfolio Management side. In the future, Property Management may be spun off into Property Management Advisors of America, LLC.
