90% Broker/Manager Real Estate Commissions

As a Broker/Manager with Realty Advisors of America, you will personally benefit from a 90% commission split on each transaction that you complete.  In addition,  you will earn 10% commission for every completed transaction from the Sales Associates on your team.  We can do this becausewe have invested in technology to support the growth of your business, while not spending your commission dollars on unnecessary corporate overhead.

Low Office Set up Costs!

Each Broker/Manager will receive the following:

• We will establish your office in a desirable executive office suite conveniently located in your market.
• Cisco Phone system with general office number, and direct phone and fax lines for each of your sales associates
• Office Branding Package (Internet website, Business cards, Email accounts, Office Branded sign design)
• Access to Realty Advisors of America Sales and Design Center including, referral management system, Sales letters, Marketing pieces and presentations
• Access to office Transaction Management System (TMS) to manage each transaction of your team. 24 hours a day online.

Low Monthly Expenses!

Monthly fee may include:

• Usage of executive office suite (certain limitiations by market)
• Dedicated office and direct phone numbers with call mobility and voice to email capabilites.
• Dedicated Fax numbers for each member of your team with unlimited faxing, with the added convenience of incoming faxes delivered directly into your email box.
• Realty Advisors of America email accounts for each of your self and each of yor sales associates
• Comprehensive Errors and Omissions Insurance for you and your team.

Low Transactional Costs!

• $25.00 For each listing and sales transaction you take
• $150.00 Settlement fee per closing (includes fast payouts via direct deposit to yoru account)
